Privacy Policy

How AIRapvids handles your account, your photos, your rap videos and your payments, which AI models process them and how long they are kept.

Who we are

AIRapvids (airapvids.com) makes short AI rap and singing videos from photos you upload. For anything in this policy, email support@airapvids.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address and name, used to sign you in, and a record of your sign-ins.
  • Photos you upload: stored privately and visible only to your account. We remove embedded metadata (such as GPS location and camera details) before storing them.
  • What you type: the names and any lyrics you enter, or the lyric template you pick. They are kept only while your video is being made and then cleared from the job record.
  • Generated videos: stored privately and visible only to your account. Each video file carries a machine-readable "AI-generated" label and a reference number, so it can be recognized as AI content and, if it's ever reported, matched to the job that made it. The file contains no personal details.
  • Permission records: when you start a video you confirm you have permission to use the photos. We record that confirmation with the time, the wording version and a one-way hash of your IP address, not the IP itself.
  • Purchases: handled by our payment provider. We keep the order, the amount and the credits granted. We never see or store your card number.
  • Emails we send you: sign-in codes and a message when your video is ready or could not be made.

How we use it

To make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, prevent abuse, handle reports, and answer support requests. We don't sell your data. We don't use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we don't use them in our marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

The AI models that make your video

To make a video, we send your photos and the names and lyrics in it to the AI model that generates it:

  • Wan (developed by Alibaba Cloud) makes Rap Duo, Rap Battle and Hotel Lobby videos, and the final video for Custom Lyrics.
  • Seedance (developed by ByteDance and offered by BytePlus) makes Birthday and Pet videos.
  • Nano Banana Pro (developed by Google) makes the opening stage image for Custom Lyrics videos.

We reach these models through an API service provider in the United States that passes each request to the model and returns the result. That provider deletes the photos we send after 24 hours and keeps generated videos for up to 14 days. We copy your finished video into our own private storage right away. The model developers and the API provider process your content under their own terms and policies.

Other services we use

  • Cloudflare (USA) hosts the site, the database, our private file storage and the emails we send, so everything above is stored in our Cloudflare account.
  • Waffo Pancake processes payments and receives your email and the purchase details.

Some of these services are outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard for these transfers. Email us to get the name of a specific provider.

How long we keep it

  • Photos you upload but never use: deleted automatically after 24 hours.
  • Photos and videos in a project: kept until you delete the project or your account. Deleting a project deletes its photos and its video.
  • Names and lyrics: cleared when the video finishes.
  • Orders and credit records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Permission records and reports: kept as long as the related video exists, and longer if needed to handle a dispute.

Reports and takedowns

If someone reports a video, we may review that video and its photos to decide on the report. If it breaks our rules, we delete it and may close the account. See Report a video.

Your rights

You can delete any project from your dashboard at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account: email support@airapvids.com from the address you signed up with. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

AIRapvids is for adults (18+). Don't upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn a photo shows a minor, we delete it.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. Optional analytics, if enabled, never receive your photos, file names, lyrics or names.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you by email about significant changes.
