Who you're agreeing with

These terms are between you and AIRapvids (airapvids.com, support@airapvids.com). By creating an account or buying credits you accept them.

Using AIRapvids

You must be at least 18. Keep your account secure: you're responsible for what happens on it.

Your photos and permission

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear in an AI-generated singing video. That includes yourself. Every time you start a video you confirm this, and we keep a record of it.

Never upload photos of:

• anyone under 18;
• celebrities, public figures or anyone you want to pass off as someone else;
• anyone who hasn't agreed.

Acceptable content

No sexual content, nudity, violence, hate, threats, harassment or bullying, and nothing made to mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something. No lyrics that defame someone or infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse a video, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without returning credits spent on the content we remove.

The AI models behind your video

Videos are made by third-party AI models: Wan (Alibaba Cloud), Seedance (ByteDance, offered by BytePlus) and Nano Banana Pro (Google). Their developers set their own rules for how the models may be used. When you use AIRapvids you must also follow those rules, including Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy and BytePlus's terms for its video generation models. In particular, only use the likeness of people who have agreed to it.

A model may refuse a request or stop a video it considers unsafe. If that happens, the credits for that video are returned.

Your videos

You own the videos you make, to the extent the law allows anyone to own AI-generated content. We don't claim ownership of them. You give us permission to store, process and show them to you, only to run the service.

You may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, such as ads, client work or monetized posts. You are responsible for that use. In particular:

• You need the permission of everyone who appears in a video for the way you use it. Permission to appear in a video for friends is not permission to appear in an ad.
• The music, voices and beat are generated by the AI model. They are not copies of existing songs or artists, but we can't guarantee that no output resembles existing work. Check before commercial use.
• When you share a video publicly, make clear that it is AI-generated, for example in the caption or with the platform's AI label. Don't present it as real footage. Some laws, including the EU AI Act, require this.

You're responsible for the videos you share and publish.

Credits and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases, processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake. The credit cost of each video is shown before you start. Credits are added only after the payment provider confirms payment. Credits don't expire.

If a video fails, is rejected, times out, or you cancel it before it starts rendering, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits used on a video that was made are not returned.

Refunds: you can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as you haven't used any of its credits. Email support@airapvids.com from the address you signed up with. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

No guarantees

AI output varies, and a video may not look or sound how you hoped. We describe what each style does from real output, but we don't guarantee specific results, lengths, resolutions or render times beyond what is stated for the mode you use. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about significant changes by email. You can stop using AIRapvids and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
